I can't login to my Wifi network or I don't have a password. Who can I call?
If you are a renter and need login/password information please contact your rental agency.
How do I get to the beach?
The easiest way is to use the second floor exit to the pool deck and to the beach. From the ground floor, exit the parking lot through the gate at the southeast corner of the parking lot (under the pool deck.)
Something in my unit doesn't work. How can I get it fixed?
Please contact the real estate rental company or the owner from whom you rented the unit.
I have two cars. Where can I park the second car?
You can conveniently park on 94th street. Each unit at 9400 comes with one parking spot.
My keys don't work or I only have one set of keys. Where can I get additional keys?
The real estate rental company or owner through which you rented your unit can provide extra keys.
Why can't I park trailers, large trucks, large vehicles, and large campers occupying more than one space in the parking lot?
9400 Rules and Regulations as passed by the Board of Directors prohibit such vehicles on the parking lot.
Why do I have to pay for parking?
Parking is part of the building amenities fee. Rental company brochures clearly state that a building amenities fee is required.
Where is a good seafood restaurant?
There are too many good seafood restaurants in Ocean City to name just one. However, we do encourage you to try the restaurants near the building!
Where can I do laundry?
There are coin operated washers and dryers, change machines, soap dispensers and bleach dispensers on the ground floor. We also have one commercial size washer and dryer in the rear laundry room.
I've locked myself out. What can I do?
Management shall be furnished a key to all door locks for emergency purposes. A $25.00 lock out fee will be charged to anyone who must be admitted to the unit by the Management. The fee after 10:00 P.M. is $50.00.
