At 9400, we are fortunate to have the best management team in the business.  Jamie and Ken are the team that keeps things running smoothly.  Ken leads the maintenance team and ensures that the building and amenities are in top shape for residents and guests.
Jamie leads the administrative side of day-to-day operations and will likely be the person from whom renters will get their amenities packet (parking pass, pool bracelets, condo rules & regulations), answers your phone call and responds to your email.
Overall, the building is lead by a Board of Directors, which is comprised of seven owners who are elected to their various terms at the Owner's Annual Meeting, held on April 15th each year.
