The meeting was called to order by Ms. Nalley at 9:00AM. The Board welcomed new members Ms. Seagle and Ms. McNally. Board members present were Ms. Palini, Mr. Lampert, Ms. Seagle, Ms. McNally, Mr. Halliday and Mrs. Bishop.
Also in attendance were Ms. Linebaugh and Mr. Mullinix.
There were Owners attending in person and on Zoom.

The meeting was called to order by Ms. Nalley at 9:00AM.
April 24 2026 4 PM –4:40 PM
The meeting was called to order by Ms. Nalley at 4:00PM. Board members present were Mrs. Bishop, Mrs. Palini and Mr. Lampert. Mr. Vargish joined on Zoom.
Also in attendance were Ms. Linebaugh and Mr. Mullinix.

The meeting was called to order by Ms. Nalley at 9:00AM. Board members present were Mr. Halliday, Mr. Vargish, Mrs. Bishop and Mr. Lampert. Ms. Spencer-Smith and Ms. Palini joined on Zoom.
Also in attendance were Ms. Linebaugh and Mr. Mullinix. Owners from units #304 and #1307 were present. Owners from units #803, #1006, #1302, #1406, #1504, #1607 and #1804 attended on Zoom.
