The meeting was called to order by Ms. Nalley at 9:00AM. Board members present were Mr. Halliday and Mr. Lampert. Mr. Vargish, Mrs. Palini and Mrs. Bishop and Ms. Spencer-Smith joined on Zoom.
Also in attendance were Ms. Linebaugh and Mr. Mullinix. The owners of units #803, #1006, #1206, #1302, #1307 and #1403 joined on Zoom.

The meeting was called to order by Mr. Lampert at 9:00AM. Board members present were Mr. Vargish, Mrs. Palini and Mrs. Bishop. Mr. Halliday, Ms. Nalley and Ms. Spencer-Smith joined on Zoom.
Also in attendance were Ms. Linebaugh and Mr. Mullinix. The owners of units #1307 and #1804 were also in attendance.
