The meeting was called to order by Ms. Nalley at 9:00AM. Board members present were Mr. Lampert, Mr. Halliday, Mrs. Palini and Mrs. Bishop. Mr. Vargish attended on Zoom.
Also in attendance were Ms. Linebaugh and Mr. Mullinix. The owners of units #901, #1003, #1304 and #1807 were in attendance. The owners of units #308, #404, #803, #903, #1208 #1307, #1403 #1504, #1707, and #1904 joined on Zoom.

The meeting was called to order by Ms. Nalley at 9:00AM. Board members present were Mr. Lampert, Mr. Vargish, Mr. Halliday, Mrs. Palini, Ms. Spencer-Smith and Mrs. Bishop.
Also in attendance were Ms. Linebaugh and Mr. Mullinix. The owners of units #806 and #1005 were in attendance. The owners of units #803, #1206 #1208, #1504, #1606, #1607 and #1701 joined on Zoom.

The meeting was called to order by Ms. Nalley at 9:00AM. Board members present were Mr. Lampert, Mr. Vargish, Mr. Halliday, Mrs. Palini, Ms. Spencer-Smith and Mrs. Bishop.

The meeting was called to order by Ms. Nalley at 3:00PM. Board members present were Mr. Lampert, Mr. Vargish, Mr. Nolan and Mrs. Bishop. Board members attending on Zoom were Ms. Nalley, Mr. Halliday, Ms. Spencer-Smith and Mrs. Palini.
Also in attendance were Mr. Mullinix and Ms. Linebaugh.
Attending in person were the owners of units #11107 and 1504, The owner of unit #1208 joined on Zoom.

The meeting was called to order by Ms. Nalley at 3:00PM. Board members present were Mr. Lampert, Mr. Vargish, Ms. Spencer-Smith, Mr. Nolan, Mr. Halliday, Mrs Palini and Mrs. Bishop.
Mrs. Palini was welcomed to the Board.
Also in attendance were Mr. Mullinix and Ms. Linebaugh.
Attending in person were the owners of units #1003, #1206 and #1304.
Zoom was not available this month due to a damaged cable.
